Beatrice de Salles is an internationally acclaimed relationship journalist and writer, freelancer editor, published author, sought-after translator & interpreter. Her passion for traveling and hosting lead her to become an expert Tour Guide Director for many companies and into many destinations.
As an extremely well respected language expert; Beatrice, who is originally Brazilian and currently live in La Quinta, California enjoys what she does at the moment. As a result of that she has just been chosen to represent her professional community network in the 2010 Edition of Cambridge Who's Who. Her candidacy was formally approved on August 16th, 2010 by the Research and Publishing Committee. She also Co-founded Coachella Valley Meditation Group and was a guest speaker this year in Indian Wells; at the College of the Desert and at the Peace Conference 2011 - UC Berkeley in September.
After having lived in many different countries, Bia started taking advantage of her language skills and networking while connecting people worldwide. Nowadays, she considers herself fortunate for having a career that she enjoys, and which fits well around raising two young children. Over the years she has written on a variety of subjects, including health and literature issues, baby and child care, interior design for house and garden magazines, and had several weekly columns and pages already published. She has written for a local women’s weekly newsletter and monthly magazines, for some children publications and some newspapers initially in Brazil and almost immediately, internationally.
Enthusiastic in creating all kinds of writing and full of energy, she has done a little bit of everything: from putting together self help booklets on life encouragement, to ghost writing a travel guide book and most recently, an alternative language system to children. Bia has been a travel hoster and taken Europeans and Brazilians to the West and East Coast of the USA and Canada, Japan, France and Alaska.
Bia has already contributed with pieces of commentary and editorial online to blogs and publications like Parenting, Self, Better Homes & Garden, Divine Caroline, Brazilian Pacific Times and Brazil Explore Magazines among others. Throughout this time, she has interviewed a few celebrities, traveled to exotic locations while writing about it, and done hundreds of features and stories on the endlessly fascinating aspects of people’s lives.

As a result, Ms. de Salles last year went on to write her memoir in order to inspire other women to manifest the voice of their soul through writing their live experiences. She also wrote a poetry booklet for children and only recently was able to finally finish her leading project that is due to be released in the spring of 2010. As a multilingual individual in a multicultural family, she enjoys writing about encouraging and honoring life. Her vision is to support others in becoming effective members of the global community with respect and understanding for different cultures, languages and customs.
Ms. de Salles has created a company which puts her in a leadership position either through her commitment into mentoring young students or through her humanitarian achievements. Being the Chief Executive Officer of BdS for 11 years, Beatrice de Salles has been supporting a vast portfolio of outstanding corporations and leaders of different industries. She is inspiring in organizing introductions of high caliber and an expert at balancing the competing interests and personalities she encounters, and does it with exceptional charm, grace, diplomacy and discretion.
She has been helping individuals and companies around the world bridge language barriers, and international business solutions with her high-quality translation & interpretation services. Whether translating documents, supporting business development and investors relations, she has been also organizing multi-national events. Through providing on-site interpretation she helps her clients navigate intercultural differences with accurate communications that builds trust and strengthens business relationships.
Fluent in six languages, Beatrice is an accredited member of both the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) and American Translators Association (ATA).
